Hey Quilty friend!
Summer’s in full swing, and I’ve been hopping—literally and figuratively! Here’s a quick catch-up on what’s been going on in my world (plus some goodies you might’ve missed).
🧵 Quilt Show Fun at Road 2 VA
I had an absolute blast at the first-ever Road to Virginia Quilt Show! Spent quality time with Ian, Sean, and Mac—there was laughter, memory-making, some delicious Maryland crabs, and of course, ice cream to top it all off 🍦.
Got to catch up with my friends at Oliso and Threaded Lines, and yes... I left with a new mini iron and pressing mat for my home sewing station (totally justifiable, right??).
✨ Quilt Along: Block 6 Is Here!
If you’re keeping up with the 2025 QAL, Block 6 is live! It’s a classic Sawtooth Star—simple, quick, and perfect for summer sewing. I know life’s busy, so I’m keeping things light over the next few months to give everyone some breathing room!
🆕 New Pattern Drops!
Two new patterns joined the Sew Becca lineup:
Sassy Starlet – A sassy little mini quilt I whipped up during a recent livestream. Grab the free project sheet and sew along with the replay!
Starburst – Another free pattern + a full video tutorial to walk you through it. This one’s fun and versatile—go check it out!

Celebrated my nephew’s high school graduation 🎓
Went on retreat in PA with friends
Did the Michigan Shop Hop with my sister and hit some adorable shops: Holly Quilt Shop, Q’s Quilting, Linda’s Country Stitches, and Hartland Quilt Shop
Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
Looking Forward…
It’s shaping up to be another jam-packed month:
Block 7 of the QAL drops July 13 (with the pattern available Thursday, July 10)
Heading to a retreat in Alabama
Hosting visits from both my sister Alicia and my friend Mary
Wrapping up the month with the Mid-Atlantic Shop Hop (last weekend of July!)
